Participants bring real challenges they are facing in the workplace, and we work through them together in a collaborative environment. Demonstrations, case studies, exercises, coaching, and discussions generate learning and build skills.
We go beyond disseminating information and hoping it sticks. For the investment to make sense, participants need to retain and integrate what they learn, so in addition to using the skills in the workshop, participants develop action plans and reinforcement mechanisms, and we follow up with periodic reminders and additional helpful tips.
