Leadership is… passion, out loud. Great leaders are inspiring just by their passion and their way of being. Leaders hear people. They delicately balance the tension between being influenced and influencing others. The act of leading requires a strong sense of self-awareness. It’s a muscle, and great leadership takes work and practice. It requires attention and intention. And it requires passion to keep the flame burning.
One important skill I bring to my clients is... staying open to the possibilities that emerge when you carefully look at a challenge from multiple angles.
I’m inspired by... being in Vermont or Nantucket, traveling, writing, running, music, and people doing their thing.
